The Zumbro River Watershed invites you to continue the Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy (WRAPS) process for the Zumbro River Watershed (ZRW) by attending the 1st round of Lobe Meetings on either June 7 or 8. The meetings will take place in Rochester, Wanamingo, and Theilman in order to give interested parties ample opportunity to participate in and learn about the WRAPS process in the ZRW.

This round of meetings will review the designated polluted waters in the ZRW and examine sources for pollutants in urban and agricultural areas. In addition, presentations will address water quality modeling of current conditions and future scenarios to reduce pollutants. Results from values-based modeling to prioritize areas for restoration and protection will also be presented.
