From Pod to Product

Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council (MSR&PC) invests checkoff funds into research and development of new soy-based products. A key component of their mission is promoting these new uses, to bring value to Minnesota's soybean farmers.  

The plan involved promoting one key soy-based product each month through multiple channels. The "From Pod to Product" campaign included a story and digital graphic using the campaign name and elements of the product. Each month MSR&PC's Senior Director of Product Development & Commercialization selected a soy-based item to promote. Repetition was a big element of this campaign – we wanted to push the product several times and in various ways to increase our reach.   

Cohesive design elements were created for the campaign. Each graphic used the same elements and branding with the campaign name "From Pod to Product," and MSR&PC branding with content and imagery changing with each product.
