DieselSellerz to make first Big Iron appearance

The DieselSellerz, stars of Discovery’s “Diesel Brothers,” are making their way up to the north country. The foursome will appear alongside “Indomitus,” the biodiesel-powered truck built for the Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council (MSR&PC), at the Big Iron Farm Show in West Fargo, N.D.

Big Iron is the Upper Midwest’s largest farm trade show and takes place Sept. 11 to 13 at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in West Fargo. The DieselSellerz will appear with Indomitus in booth 1065 (outside) on Wednesday, Sept. 12 from 1 to 3 p.m.

“This is a perfect opportunity for the DieselSellerz to meet some of our northern growers up here in God’s country, and show off the incredible truck they built for the Council,” says MSR&PC Director Kris Folland, a Halma, Minn., farmer who appeared on two “Diesel Brothers” episodes chronicling the build of “Indomitus.” “This will also be an ideal chance to promote and talk biodiesel.”

The Council will have a presence in booths C9 and C10 (inside). David Kee, Minnesota Soybean’s director of research, will be showcasing soybean varieties and discussing how the Council’s research projects improve soybean profitability and sustainability.
