The Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council (MSR&PC) action teams have officially posted their fiscal year 2017 request for proposals. All proposals for contracted projects must be submitted through the Project Management Database (PMD).

If you have not had a chance to familiarize yourself with the system, you can do so now by reviewing the PMD Instruction Manual and by visiting https://projects.mnsoybean.org/.
