Minnesota Soybean is hosting two online county program insight meetings in March. These meetings will cover brief updates from both the Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council and the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association in regards to the organized counties, the county reimbursement process, creative promotion ideas and information on creating and running a county Facebook page.

We encourage each county to have at least one representative on these Zoom meetings, but two leaders from each county would be ideal. We recommend sending the county board president or director who is involved with events and promotions, as well as the county treasurer to better understand county reimbursements. There will be time for Q&A with the regional county representatives and state staff.

County representatives only have to attend one meeting (the meetings will be a repeat of the same information). Although these meetings will be recorded, we are encouraging board members to hop-on so they can ask their questions and hear directly from their county communicators.
