The Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council (MSR&PC), in partnership with the Minnesota Farm Bureau (MFB) Foundation and Minnesota State Patrol Commercial Vehicle Inspectors, has updated and reprinted the Agriculture Transportation Handbook with state and federal statutes, rules and exemptions for transporting agricultural goods on highways.

This is a valuable resource for farmers this harvest season.
