Applications are open for the 2018 See For Yourself mission to Columbia and Chile.

The Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council (MSR&PC) understands that international markets play a crucial role in providing value to Minnesota soybeans. With more than half of Minnesota’s annual soybean crop exported each year, MSR&PC invests soybean checkoff money to grow markets and build relationships with international customers.

Because of this investment of checkoff dollars, MSR&PC offers an opportunity to see firsthand where soybean checkoff dollars go overseas. This is a way to evaluate your checkoff investment and see for yourself that the funds are going to good use. You’ll discover how the money is invested and how MSR&PC is making a difference with our overseas customers to create profitable markets.

In 2018, participants will be headed to South America from Feb. 27-March 10, tentatively.

Interested candidates can apply by Friday, Oct. 27. Your application doesn’t obligate you to participate, nor does it guarantee you will be selected for this mission. Participants pay $2,000, while MSR&PC will fund the remaining cost.
