Barriers to Bushels Returns to West Central Minnesota

The University of Minnesota Extension will be hosting three Barriers to Bushels events throughout west central Minnesota starting late February. This year’s locations include Willmar, Little Falls and Appleton.

Current, research-based information will be presented to control soybean and corn costs. UMN Extension Educators and specialists will discuss topics with proven fertilizer, pest, soil and weed management with the intent to ultimately increase a producer’s margins and to Take Control over resistant pests, weeds and diseases.

Program cost is $30 which includes a meal and handouts. Agendas, speakers, and topics will vary by site.

The Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council (MSR&PC) is a sponsor of Barriers to Bushels to provide soybean farmers updated research and information needed to increase profitability.
